- Orders over €100: Free shipping

- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Belgium: 2-4 business days
- Other EU countries: 3-7 business days
- Outside the EU: 7-14 business days

4. Shipping Methods
We ship via the following services:
- PostNL (Netherlands and Belgium)
- DHL (Other EU countries)
- DHL Express (Outside the EU)
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your shipment.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging without mentioning the contents or the name of our webshop. The sender is listed as 'Kiiroo B.V.' without further specification of the product.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and VAT may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our shipping costs. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be.
8. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or because it was not picked up), we will contact you to resolve the situation. Additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipping the order.
